By connecting your wallet and using Solana Rent Reclaim, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. Service Description

Solana Rent Reclaim ("Service", "we", "us") is a non-custodial platform that helps Solana users reclaim SOL locked in empty token accounts and worthless tokens.

Our Service Provides:

  • •Automated scanning of your wallet for empty token accounts
  • •Detection of dead, worthless, and low-value tokens
  • •Transaction building to close accounts and reclaim rent-exempt SOL
  • •Affiliate program for users to earn referral commissions

2. Non-Custodial Service

We never have access to your funds. Our service is completely non-custodial:

  • •We do not store or have access to your private keys or seed phrases
  • •All transactions require your explicit approval in your wallet
  • •You maintain complete control of your funds at all times
  • •We cannot reverse, cancel, or modify transactions on your behalf

3. Fees and Pricing

Platform Fee: 10%

We charge a 10% fee on all SOL recovered through reclaim and burn operations. This fee is clearly displayed before you approve any transaction.

Example: If you reclaim 1.0 SOL, you receive 0.9 SOL and we receive 0.1 SOL.

Network Fees

Solana blockchain transaction fees (typically ~0.00001-0.00005 SOL per transaction) are paid directly to network validators. These fees are not controlled by us and may vary based on network conditions.

Affiliate Commissions

If you use a referral link, 50% of our 10% fee (5% of total) goes to the referring user. Your net amount received remains the same (90% of reclaimed SOL).

⚠️ No Refunds

All fees are final and non-refundable once a transaction is confirmed on the Solana blockchain. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

4. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • •Be at least 18 years of age (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
  • •Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • •Not be prohibited by law from using cryptocurrency services
  • •Own and control a compatible Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, etc.)
  • •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • •Securing your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases
  • •All transactions initiated through your wallet
  • •Verifying transaction details before approving them
  • •Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency
  • •Maintaining accurate records for tax purposes
  • •Compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • •Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
  • •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • •Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • •Use bots or automated tools without written permission
  • •Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • •Manipulate prices or engage in market manipulation

7. Disclaimers

SERVICE PROVIDED "AS IS"

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We Do NOT Guarantee:

  • • Service availability, uptime, or uninterrupted access
  • • Accuracy of token valuations or market prices
  • • Success of blockchain transactions
  • • Compatibility with all wallets or browsers
  • • Error-free or bug-free operation

⚠️ Blockchain Risks:

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once confirmed on the Solana blockchain, transactions cannot be undone, cancelled, or reversed.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLANA RENT RECLAIM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • •Loss of funds due to user error, negligence, or misuse
  • •Solana blockchain network failures, delays, or congestion
  • •Wallet compatibility issues or wallet provider failures
  • •Changes in cryptocurrency values or market conditions
  • •Unauthorized access to your wallet or account
  • •Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Maximum Liability

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solana Rent Reclaim, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any laws or regulations, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • •Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
  • •Change fees with 30 days advance notice
  • •Update features or functionality
  • •Refuse service to anyone at our discretion

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for:

  • •Violation of these Terms
  • •Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
  • •Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by international arbitration standards. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

  3. 3.Binding arbitration (if mediation fails)

You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via website notice or email. The "Effective Date" at the top will be updated. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with changes, discontinue use of the Service.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Solana Rent Reclaim regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
